任何人在香港欲经营放债人业务必须先领取放债人牌照。我们协助客户申请放债人牌照、牌照续期及在牌照上签注。
我们的团队协助客户准备申请书及陈述书、安排签名、递交文件及缴交申请牌照费予香港公司注册处的放债人注册小组及香港警务处的牌照课放债人牌照组。如牌照法庭认为适当，申请人可获发有效期为12个月的放债人牌照。
我们亦协助持牌放债人按以下适当情况，通知放债人注册处处长有关其注册详情的变更或申请将变更事项在牌照上签注：
