任何人在香港欲經營放債人業務必須先領取放債人牌照。我們協助客戶申請放債人牌照、牌照續期及在牌照上簽註。
我們的團隊協助客戶準備申請書及陳述書、安排簽名、遞交文件及繳交申請牌照費予香港公司註冊處的放債人註冊小組及香港警務處的牌照課放債人牌照組。如牌照法庭認為適當，申請人可獲發有效期為12個月的放債人牌照。
我們亦協助持牌放債人按以下適當情況，通知放債人註冊處處長有關其註冊詳情的變更或申請將變更事項在牌照上簽註：
