公司成员可在公司有偿债能力的情况下申请自动清盘。只要公司没有不可预知的税务问题及可于预期内取得由香港税务局发出的清税确认，我们便可以提供协助，唯公司董事须发出得到大部份董事签署（如有多于两名董事）的有偿债能力证明书，以证明公司将能够在自动清盘开始起不超过12个月的一段期间内，悉数偿付其债项。此外，董事必须召开股东特别大会并通过自动清盘的决议，委任清盘人和给予清盘人权力把公司资产和现金作出分配。我们可为公司担任清盘人，以帮助客户在研究清盘程序上减少不必要的开支和时间。
