UHY- Advisory and Secretarial Knowledge Limited (formerly named as R K Corporate Services Ltd) was established in 1983 by Mr. Robert Kong as a provider corporate secretarial, accounting, payroll and consulting firm in Hong Kong, offering a wide range of services to local and international clients.
Since then our organization has grown substantially and we were now a member of Urbach Hacker Young International Limited (“UHY”), a global network of accounting and consulting firms with office in leading 340 major business centers across 100 countries.
For the time to time, UHY-ASK has also turned into one of the leading specialist consultancy and advisory business dedicated to all aspects of payroll outsourcing and trade support services in Hong Kong. UHY-ASK also poised to deliver a full suite of pre-listing services to corporations in Hong Kong. UHY-ASK prides itself on innovation, exceptional service and the ability to provide a flexible approach in order to meet its clients’ needs.
We have sound and extensive knowledge and experience in doing business in both Hong Kong and Mainland China and have guided many business from formation to success, including listing in the Hong Kong Stock Exchange. Complementing our experience and experience and expertise is our access to international support through the UHY network.
