公司成員可在公司有償債能力的情況下申請自動清盤。只要公司沒有不可預知的稅務問題及可於預期內取得由香港稅務局發出的清稅確認，我們便可以提供協助，唯公司董事須發出得到大部份董事簽署（如有多於兩名董事）的有償債能力證明書，以證明公司將能夠在自動清盤開始起不超過12個月的一段期間內，悉數償付其債項。此外，董事必須召開股東特別大會並通過自動清盤的決議，委任清盤人和給予清盤人權力把公司資產和現金作出分配。我們可為公司擔任清盤人，以幫助客戶在研究清盤程序上減少不必要的開支和時間。
